Sheet Metal Roofs
Our Metal Project Warranty: Considering the joint can’t be soldered, everything is caulked; we guarantee only up to 5 years for areas that are caulked. Please be aware that caulking does expand and contract depending on the weather. Due to this reasoning, caulking can fail at any given time.
